Your personal data will be stored as long as this is necessary for the purpose of processing your request. We will treat your personal data as confidential. However, please note that communications by email via the Internet are not encrypted. Therefore, any data transmitted to us by email is not protected against unauthorized access.

The legal basis for this is the protection of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. - where we are legally required to do so; the legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) lit. c of the EU General Data Protection Regulation
- where this is necessary to enforce claims; the legal basis for this is the protection of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (until 24 May 2018: Section 28 (1) Sentence 1 No. 2of the Federal Data Protection Act).

The transfer of your personal data to third parties for any other purpose will be subject to your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights as a User
You have the right to obtain information as to which of your personal data we have stored. You may request the deletion of personal data, with the exclusion of such data that we continue to need to execute a contractual relationship or that we are required to retain by law, in particular by commercial law and tax law. In this case, the personal data will not be deleted, but their use will be limited to such processing for the purposes referred to. 

You may object to the processing and use of your data for purposes of advertising or market or opinion research. You have the right to request the transferability of personal data you have made available to us with your consent or for the establishment or execution of a contractual relationship. You have the right at any time to revoke a consent given by you, e.g. for the receipt of an email newsletter.
